A FORBIDDEN BROADWAY CHRISTMAS brings Gerard Alessandrini’s Tony Award-winning spoofs to the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts. Celebrate the season with the Forbidden company, as they help familiar holiday, pop and Broadway personalities reach new heights — or is that lows? — by lampooning them through song, dance and irreverent parody. After witnessing these follies, the holidays will never be the same again!

While the laughs are a mile-a-minute, be assured that this show is no joke! Since its debut in 1982, the Forbidden Broadway franchise has played over 9,000 performances in nearly 200 cities, including London, Tokyo, Singapore and Sidney. Forbidden Broadway was awarded a 2006 Tony Honor for Excellence in Theatre and has helped launch the careers of Jason Alexander (“Seinfeld”), Bryan Batt (“Mad Men”) and boundless others. Despite the lofty legacy, you don't have to be a Broadway aficionado to get the jokes. The show is top-notch quality fun, even if you don't know the tunes!
