From Sunrise Highway - Exit 56 Station Road south to South Country Road. Left on South Country Road for 1/2 mile, theater on your left.

From Southern State Parkway - Exit 44 Sunrise Highway East. Exit 56. Station Road south to South Country Road. Left on South Country Road for 1/2 mile, heater on your left.

From Long Island Expressway - Exit 63 North Ocean Avenue south to Route 27 Sunrise Highway East. Exit 56 Station Road south to South Country Road. Left on South Country Road for 1/2 mile, theater on your left.

The Patchogue Theatre is located in downtown Patchogue at 71 East Main Street.

From the Southern State - take Exit #44 East onto Sunrise Hwy (Rt. 27).

From Sunrise Hwy (Rt. 27) - take Exit # 52A and go south on North Ocean Avenue.

From Nicolls Road - go east on Sunrise Hwy (Rt. 27). From Sunrise Hwy (Rt. 27), take Exit # 52A and go south on North Ocean Avenue.

From the Long Island Expressway (U.S. Hwy 495) - take Exit #63 to North Ocean Avenue. Go south on N. Ocean Ave. past Sunrise Hwy (Rt. 27). Go 1 mile on N. Ocean Ave. (south of Sunrise Hwy) to the first stop sign. Turn left into Oak Street, which is the next street on the left after the stop sign. Then turn right into the parking lot behind the Patchogue Theatre. Alternatively, stay on N. Ocean Ave. and cross Main Street. (Left turns are not permitted from N. Ocean Ave. onto East Main Street.) Turn left onto Terry Street, which is the first street on the left after crossing E. Main Street. Turn left again into the Patchogue Municipal parking lot.
