6 AM-12 Noon: CARP- Load-in Band Stand/Turtle/soft goods/Flying Matrix boxes
11 AM – 5 PM: Orchestra Rehearsal in the small studio
12 Noon -10 PM: LX- Focus (done above Band Stand by 4 PM)
12Noon: Sound – cable up Band Stand
1 PM -10
PM: CARP- Continue Load-in (work around LX)
(7 PM: Sing thru w/ orchestra in the Rehearsal Studio begins)
10 PM – 12 AM: Cast on Stage – Spacing/Quick Changes
12:01 AM (quick Check-in- possibly no LX)
12:01 AM-2 AM: LX continue Focus
